EUHA Sponsorship Award: Apply now!

This marks the 16th time the EUHA has awarded the prize – and it has long since established itself as a major accolade for early-career researchers in hearing care. But what makes the EUHA Sponsorship Award so special?

"With the EUHA Sponsorship Award, we aim to support the next generation of professionals in the sector and offer young researchers a platform to present their practice-oriented research and studies to a broad specialist audience,” explains Eva Keil-Becker, Chair of the EUHA Sponsorship Award jury, EUHA Vice-President and co-initiator of the award.

In addition to prize money of between 1,000 and 3,000 euros, the award provides the winners with a special platform: they will present their work at the EUHA Congress, the world’s largest event in the hearing care industry. The awards ceremony takes place on the first day of the congress as part of the Knowledge Symposium. At the same time, the winners have the opportunity to share their research findings with an interested specialist audience and to forge valuable contacts within the industry.

The winning projects gain additional visibility through their publication on the EUHA website.

A look at previous winners shows that the EUHA Sponsorship Award is often more than just an honour – it can serve as a springboard for a career. Many of the talented young researchers who have received the award now hold senior positions at universities or research institutes, run successful companies, serve on specialist committees or are actively shaping the future of hearing care.
