… The State Ordinance of Lower Saxony of 25 August 2021 provides a secure basis for the event.
Participants can look forward to twenty first-rate presentations from renowned experts, four tutorials, and four forward-looking presentations on Future Friday. Ninety-one exhibitors will present the latest in technology on 15,000 square metres of exhibition space in Hall 6, plus a special programme on Future Friday. This year, too, the Congress Get-together on Thursday evening will be a good opportunity for an exchange of ideas.
“Since the beginning of this year, we have been working on organising the 2021 edition of the EUHA Congress. We are delighted that it will be possible for anyone in our line of business to finally meet again in person. After the resolution of 25 August 2021, the state of Lower Saxony confirmed again that the Congress can take place,” says Beate Gromke, President of the European Union of Hearing Aid Acousticians.
Concerning the industry exhibition organised by the German Hearing Instruments Industry Association (BVHI), Dr Stefan Zimmer, Chairman of the Board of the BVHI, adds: “From the start, we were convinced of the concept of our event, and are pleased that, after many months of meticulous preparation and close coordination with the authorities, we are now able to offer an industry exhibition that is safe to visit for the international community of audiologists and acousticians.”
3G principle (vaccinated, recovered, tested)
Tickets can be booked online at https://bit.ly/EUHA2021-en. The ticket shop will stay open during the Congress. Thus, contact tracing is possible and participants can save their 3G proof (vaccinated, tested or recovered) directly to their data in the ticket shop. This ensures quick entry via the 3G Fast Lane. If attendees are not able to provide their 3G proof online, their certificates will be scanned on site. A testing facility is also available against a fee. However, arriving tested is ideal. A negative PCR or antigen test must not be older than 24 hours.
Thus, the 2021 EUHA Congress will be a safe event and a special experience for anyone taking part. Meeting again after 23 months will be a personal and professional gain.
