EUHA General Assembly 2024
25 September 2024, 5 - 6:30 pm is the date of the Online General Assembly.
The EUHA Executive Committee, the EUHA Auditing Committee and the EUHA Council of Honour were elected during the EUHA General Meeting on 25 September 2024.
Now it is “full steam ahead” for the new term of office.
Beate Gromke was confirmed as President and is thus starting her third term in office, Eva Keil-Becker remains EUHA Vice President, and Peter Möckel remains Vice President and Treasurer. Thorsten Knoop from Kiel is new to the EUHA executive committee. The hearing aid acoustician has been a EUHA member since 2013, and a guest on the EUHA Executive Committee since 2021. He contributes his know-how, hosts conference lectures and tutorials, and gives lectures for ENT specialists at the ENT Congress in Mannheim. Many in the industry know him from his time working with a large measurement technology manufacturer. He now runs his own specialist shop. The EUHA Executive Committee was elected for the next three years.
Wolfgang Luber has left the EUHA Executive Committee and is now the chairman of the Council of Honour. He has been on the EUHA Board since 2006 and has headed the audio therapy expert group, among other things playing a leading role in the development of various guidelines. Hearing aid acoustician Eckhard Scharf from Marburg an der Lahn is new to the Council of Honour. He has been a member of the EUHA since 1988 and is committed to the industry out of conviction. The EUHA Council of Honour was elected for three years.
The Auditing Committee was reconfirmed and elected for the next two years.
EUHA President Beate Gromke thanked all members for their trust. She expressed her thanks and honour to Jürgen Matthies and Reinhard Dageförde for their decades of commitment to the Executive Board and the Council of Honour.
