Future Friday is the innovative highlight of #EUHA2024! On Friday, 18 October 2024, this special event will take place as part of the 68th International Congress of Hearing Aid Acousticians.

##Friday is Future Friday

On the third day of the congress, 18 October, four exciting keynotes on the latest future topics in hearing acoustics will begin at 14:00. This programme is open to all congress participants free of charge.

  • Theresa Schleicher, renowned retail futurologist, will speak about the future of retail and consumers.
  • PD Dr Benedikt Höing from Essen University Hospital will explain the use of AI in hearing aid research and the effectiveness of cochlear implants.
  • Sergi Rotger-Griful from the Eriksholm Research Centre in Denmark will shed light on communication challenges for people with hearing loss and future audiological applications.
  • Professor Dr David Matusiewicz, an expert in digital health, will provide insights into the digital transformation in healthcare.
