Ticket information


Types of tickets

One-day tickets are valid to gain one-time access to the trade exhibition during opening hours.

One-day combi tickets are valid to gain one-time access to the trade exhibition and to the conference lectures.

Season tickets are valid to gain multiple access to the trade exhibition during opening hours and to the conference lectures.

Tickets for the tutorials are only available to holders of a one-day combi ticket for 17 Oct 2019 (T1-T4) or 18 Oct 2019 (T5-T6),
and season ticket holders. They are valid to gain one-time access to the tutorial(s) booked.

Tickets for the Congress Get-together are valid to gain one-time access to the evening event.

NEW: Future Friday
The Future Friday will be held on 18 October 2019. The additional activities are free for all Congress participants:

9.30-10.30 h Fast Track Presentations (Room Sydney, Level 1)
10.30-13.30 h Events in the Trade Exhibition (Halls 3A and 4A)
14.00-17.00 h Additional presentations (Room Hongkong, Level 1, Room Kopenhagen, Level 2)

EUHA Lounge:
LoungeThe EUHA Lounge is located at the Mercator-Lounge (Level 1), and opens on 17 and 18 October 2019, from 10.00 to 16.00 h. Admission for EUHA members is free (please have your EUHA membership card and proof of identity ready). Guests are admitted only if accompanied by a EUHA member. One guest is free, from the second guest, we will charge €20.00 admission fee per person.

Parking facilities
Parking space at the „P Ost“ car park on the exhibition site as well as in the parking garage. Fee per day/car: €10.00.
Please follow the directions of the electronic parking guidance system for „EUHA-Kongress“.

Buying tickets

Please book the tickets required online from our website. Upon receipt of your binding registration, your
e-ticket and/or mobile ticket (passbook/wallet) will be sent to you by e-mail, together with your invoice. Please note that early bird prices apply until 1 October 2019 (23.59 h). Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, V PAY, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, American Express), PayPal, or cash in advance (bank transfer, please note only available until 6 October 2019).

  • Please print out your e-ticket in good quality on a sheet of paper, or have your mobile ticket (passbook/wallet) ready on your mobile device.
  • Your e-ticket is personalised and thus non-transferable.
  • After scanning your e-ticket at the turnstile, you will receive a badge admitting you to the events booked. You may be asked to provide proof of identity (passport, identification card, driving licence, membership card).
  • The customer is required to keep the printed ticket in a safe place in order to prevent third parties from producing unauthorised duplicates. The organiser reserves the right to deny admission to the holder(s) of such duplicates carrying identical barcodes and/or to the holder of the original ticket.
  • Tickets bought online cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Terms and Conditions and the Data Privacy Policy of our online ticket shop apply.
  • We will charge a processing fee of € 10.00, incl. VAT, for issuing lost copies of the certificate of attendance.
  • Tickets may also be purchased at the venue. We accept cash, and all major credit cards.
